WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL

Our school features all aspects of a traditional Montessori classroom, including materials for learning language, writing, science, and math. Practical life and sensorial work are also included. Throughout the year, our curriculums are focused on geography, art, gardening, music, the Spanish language, cooking, and many other subjects.

Our philosophy is one of respect, kindness, and communication to all, from children to teachers and parents. Our teachers use compassionate communication to guide kids in expressing themselves to their fellow classmates. Each child’s emotional well-being is considered within every interaction.

Parenting help is offered as an on-going service. The adult-child ratio is 1:6. Children have a large play area (includes dress up stuff, blocks, cars, and trucks), a kitchen play area, a climber, and a beautiful garden, which they care for themselves. Each children also has a personal cubby, swing, a sand play area, a large grass area, and a hiking trail scaled to his/her pre-school size.
